Scalextric Sport Digital
Digital Control perhaps the biggest leap forward for many years
was very popular last year, and with two new sets this year, all with the simpler
easier to use 4 car power base it looks set to become the future of Scalextric.
Digital uses the same track as standard Scalextric but the powerbase is different
and the cars have to be fitted with a decoder. With a Digital set the complete track
is live and you can drive your car anywhere on the track, even change lanes
and overtake, racing with up to 4 cars or 6 cars if you extend with the new 6 car
powerbase due in 2010.
